2、quality promise

The company promises that all products from the procurement of raw materials to the production process are strictly in accordance with the contract requirements and national standards, to prevent the submission of substandard products.

For the quality problems raised by the customer, the company promptly gives reasonable explanation and rectification.

Our company will compensate you for the losses caused by the quality of the products.

 

3、After-sales commitment (warranty period)

The company promises that the service life of the poles is not less than 20 years, and the warranty period of other products is one year.

All faults and quality problems except for man-made damage and force majeure are repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

The promised response time is 1 hour, and the company will arrive at the scene as quickly as possible. Maintenance is carried out continuously without interruption until the fault is eliminated.

4、After-sales commitment (outside the warranty period)

All products are given lifetime maintenance, and repairs outside the warranty period are only subject to material costs, excluding labor costs.

According to the customer's request, we can train a group of operators who can carry out maintenance and repairs for free to ensure the normal operation of the products.

 

5、Compensation commitment

The company promises that in addition to man-made damage or force majeure, the company will compensate the company for losses caused by product quality problems and construction period problems.
